Ohio artist Jxve returns with “Fall4Me”, his first solo release in over a year. An uptempo melancholy laced melodic track with an incredible vocal delivery by Jxve on par with your favorite artists from the radio. Jxve’s story telling ability shines bright on “Fall4Me”.
“Fall4Me” has a soft, soulful instrumental. A gentle piano melody blended with an undercut vocal sample creates the perfect atmosphere. Jxve’s performance stays the focus staying on top of the beat. During the first chorus, a drum pattern drops in developing the instrumental further.
Versatile artist Jxve shines bright throughout “Fall4Me” showing his originality while simultaneously wearing influences on his sleeve. “Fall4Me” originally was written by Jxve with Trippie Red‘s perspective in mind. This is a reflection of Jxve’s capability as writer being able to enter another artist’s mindset.
Lyrically “Fall4Me” speaks from the perspective of a celebrity status person playing fast and loose with their lover’s attention. Sharing the high and lows of this relationship dynamic: the song also describes the heartbreak of being left alone after taking their lover for granted.
